  • Matka Kulfi Recipe
  • Ingredients:
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Pistachio 1/4 cup
  • Almonds 1/4 cup
  • Rose essence 1/4 tsp
  • Red syrup 1 tbsp
  • Directions:
  • In a chopper add almonds, pistachio and chop until they are crushed well. Set aside.
  • Now in a deep pan add milk and cook it for about 3 to 4 minutes on medium low flame.
  • Then add cardamom powder, condensed milk, cream, mix well and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame or until thickens.
  • Now add crushed pistachio and almonds in the mixture and cook for 5 to 6 minutes more. Divide the mixture in two portions.
  • In one portion add rose essence, red syrup and mix it well. And your rose matka kulfi is ready.
  • Now take small clay pots and fill each with your kulfi flavors. Cover clay pots with foil paper and secure them with a rubber band.
  • Let them freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight in freezer.
  • Your tasty matka kulfi two ways is ready to serve.

  • Cooking time: 30-40 minutes
