- Matka Kulfi Recipe
- Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Cream 1 cup
- Condensed milk 1 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Pistachio 1/4 cup
- Almonds 1/4 cup
- Rose essence 1/4 tsp
- Red syrup 1 tbsp
- Directions:
- In a chopper add almonds, pistachio and chop until they are crushed well. Set aside.
- Now in a deep pan add milk and cook it for about 3 to 4 minutes on medium low flame.
- Then add cardamom powder, condensed milk, cream, mix well and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame or until thickens.
- Now add crushed pistachio and almonds in the mixture and cook for 5 to 6 minutes more. Divide the mixture in two portions.
- In one portion add rose essence, red syrup and mix it well. And your rose matka kulfi is ready.
- Now take small clay pots and fill each with your kulfi flavors. Cover clay pots with foil paper and secure them with a rubber band.
- Let them freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight in freezer.
- Your tasty matka kulfi two ways is ready to serve.
