Masala Bread Toast
Ingredients for toast:
Potatoes 1 kg
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Carrots (chopped) 1/2 cup
Bread slices as required
Cheese slices as required
Oil for frying
Ingredients for egg mixture:
Eggs 3
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Directions:
1.In a pot simmer water; add potatoes and boil for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are fully cooked.
2.Now add potatoes in a bowl and mash them well.
3.Now heat oil in a pan, add onion and cook for a minute. Then add carrots, capsicum, green chilies, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.
4.Lastly add mashed potatoes and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes and its ready. Set aside.
5.Take bread slices, spread potato mixture on it evenly. Dip it in egg and shallow fry from both sides until light golden brown.
6. In a bowl add egg, salt, white pepper and whisk it well. Your egg mixture is ready.
7.Option 2: take bread, spread potato mixture on it, place cheese slice on it then cover it again with potato mixture and dip in egg.
8.Now Shallow fry from both sides until light golden brown.
9.Your tasty and easy Masala French Toasts are ready to serve.

Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
